Your reservations can be booked online 24/7. You may also call 808-762-3483 during business hours in order to be booked by our staff.

Reservation costs are fully refunded with a greater than 48 hour notice. If cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, your costs will be forfeited at the following rates. If cancelled with 24-48 hours notice, you will receive a 50% refund of your costs. If cancelled with 24 hours or less notice, then 100% of your costs will be forfeited. There are NO refunds within 24 hours of departure. Absolutely No exceptions. Make sure you understand this policy before booking.

The necessary waiver is found in your confirmation email when you booked your tour. Please find that email and click the link to fill out the waivers. Each person must have a waiver on file, before departure.

We are located at 3 Aloha Tower Unit 1123, Honolulu, HI 96813. You will come and park in front of The Old Spaghetti Factory. Pull a ticket and park in the gated parking lot. Bring your ticket to the shop for your tour. We offer validation which will reduce the fee to $10. Please arrive one hour before your scheduled boat and two hours before your helicopter jump for training.

For all medical concerns, please call the shop at 808-762-3483. We do have a PADI medical waiver that you can have your doctor address any pre-existing medical conditions you may have prior to your dive. If you have pre-existing medical conditions related to the lungs, heart, circulation or ears, please inform us before arrival. We want you to have a fun and safe dive.
